All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours after the order placement and payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
Therefore, you are eligible for refunds or reshipment if:
- You do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 3-10 day processing);
- You received a faulty product and investigation shows that the defect is not from you;
- You received the wrong item.
You are NOT eligible for refund or reshipment if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors caused by you (eg. providing the wrong shipping address);
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of IKShops (eg. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of IKShops
*You can submit refund/reshipment requests not later than 7 days after the confirmed receipt of the faulty item, or not later than 7 days after the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days has passed and your order did not arrive.
Start the refund/reshipment process by sending a mail to email@example.com with all the order details.
If your refund is approved, you will get a notice of the approval while we process your refund, and your account will be credited within 14 business days.
If a reshipment is approved, please note that it will take the same shipment process and duration for your order to arrive.
