Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 30 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

Orders once processed normally ship from our warehouse to your destination. Some of the packages from our warehouse in China and Hong Kong will be shipped by ePacket.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We currently do not ship to all countries around the world, however, we are working to expand the list. We offer free shipping to all the countries that we currently ship to (over 30 countries).

Who is responsible for customs fees?

We are responsible for the customs fees in all the countries that our delivery services ship to. However, some countries may require that the receiver of the goods pay some taxes which is usually a small amount depending on their rates.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping lengths vary by location and can be longer than 12 days due to high demands. By our estimations, packages usually arrive between 20 and 45 days because of logistics and high traffic. This excludes our 3-10 business days processing time.

Can I Track My Package?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. Do not however that there are some shipping orders without tracking information at all until the orders.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
